Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a National Sales Manager based in Tangerang. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring the achievement of organizational targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Planning and Budgeting to set and achieve strategic goals effectively
• Experience in Account Management and Sales to maintain and grow business relationships and achieve revenue objectives
• Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record in leading sales teams, with at least 7 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with the bakery ingredients or food production industry is advantageous
