Description
We are partnering a global manufacturer of flavours to hire a National Sales Manager for Indonesia to drive growth in the market.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will lead the Indonesia business and be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to accelerate growth across food and beverage categories. Managing both direct accounts and distributor relationships, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities while deepening engagement with existing customers. As the most senior team member in Indonesia, you will also manage a small team and the office.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related disciplines and bring at least 10 years of sales experience in the food ingredients industry. Prior experience selling flavours is mandatory, hence candidates from distributors who have covered this segment before will be considered. To be successful in this role, you have strong business acumen, able to lead team, extensive network within the industry and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
