Job Description
- Develop and expand retail distributor channels across targeted regions.
- Lead a highly capable team across the nation.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive aggressive market penetration.
- Manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure optimal performance and sales execution.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor sell-out activities, and implement retail programs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strong execution and field presence.
- Provide sales forecasts, competitive insights, and market feedback to management.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail distributor sales within the electrical industry (lighting, switches, wiring devices, electrical accessories, or related electrical categories).
- Strong Leadership experience.
- Strong track record in business development and new channel acquisition.
- Highly proactive, assertive, and target-driven personality.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and handling a broad territory.
