Job Description

Job Description Summary:

  • Create engagement for continuous improvement and lead improvement for KPI through CI at national level.

  • Create end-to-end project to support business productivity and improve cost.

Job Description:

  • Purpose of National Operational Excellence Lead.

  • Rejuvenate continuous improvement culture across organization(s).

  • Monitor unit(s) for continuous improvement activities across functions.

  • Doing internal training for LSS and coaching.

  • Key Functional Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Support and facilitate continuous improvement activities.

  • Regular monitoring and follow up (activities and benefit tracking).

  • Key contact and initiator to connect units, CoE and other functions.

  • Run Black Belt scale project.

  • Critical Success Factors.

  • Engagement for continuous improvement.

  • Improvement on unit(s) KPI through CI.

  • Improvement on customer complaints, audit findings and MR.

  • Continuous project in the pipeline.

  • Regular CI event at National and Unit.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as Change Leader or Continuous Improvement Leader.

  • Have formal training in Lean Six Sigma methodology, with strong understanding of process improvement frameworks and tools

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt certification is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and statistical tools such as Minitab or equivalent

  • Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change adoption within the organization.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.

  • Good at English both writing or speaking.
