Engineering Manager (Production & Machinery F&B)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team responsible for the production of machinery and utilities.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of all production equipment and machines.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Trubleshoot aond resolve machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Plan and manage installation, commissioning, and modification of production machines.
• Manage engineering budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to machine efficiency, energy usage, and cost reduction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in engineering, preferably in F&B manufacturing, FMCG, or production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with production machinery, utilities, and automation systems.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
