Position Overview

As an MUN Coach at IGN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students into confident global citizens by teaching them the art of diplomacy, public speaking, and critical thinking through Model United Nations (MUN) coaching. Your work will include facilitating coaching sessions, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring the academic quality of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MUN coaching sessions to school students (partnered schools under MoU) during weekdays.
  • Respond to urgent MUN coaching requests from schools and private students.
  • Conduct one-on-one or group sessions for private MUN coaching students.
  • Assist the MUN Coaching Project Manager in developing a comprehensive and impactful MUN curriculum, and maintaining academic quality control across teaching materials and sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field, preferably in International Relations or Communications.
  • Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent public speaking, teaching, and communication skills.
  • High adaptability and ability to handle challenges proactively.
  • Prior MUN & Internship experiences, would be a plus.
