Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication Design, or related fields
- Strong sense of timing, composition, rhythm, and visual hierarchy (you know when a move hits)
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects (must), plus Illustrator / Photoshop for asset prep
- Basic understanding of motion principles (ease, speed, anticipation, transitions)
- Comfortable working within an existing brand system and visual guidelines
- Able to iterate fast, take feedback like a champ, and improve quickly
Key Responsibilities :
- Create short-form motion assets for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms (Reels, TikTok, stories, short promos, animated posts)
- Animate existing design assets into engaging motion visuals
- Support visual storytelling through sequences, transitions, and simple narratives
- Prepare motion cutdowns, overlays, text animations, and exports for different formats
- Adapt motion content into multiple sizes (square, vertical, horizontal)
- Collaborate with designers and follow creative direction closely
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effect, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with social-first motion (you know what works on IG & TikTok)
- Familiar with exporting and optimizing files for web & social
- Portfolio showing motion work (even simple animations or class projects count)
- Bonus points if you've touched Lottie, GIFs, or UI motion
