MOTION ART DIRECTOR (Generative AI)

Not just someone who animates, but someone who builds living, moving brand worlds.
You specialise in motion graphics. You experiment with generative AI.
You turn static ideas into scroll-stopping systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead motion direction across digital campaigns, social content, and branded films.
- Build motion systems, not one-off animations.
- Integrate generative AI (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, LLM tools, etc.) into concepting and production workflows.
- Prototype fast. Test faster.
- Collaborate closely with Copy, Strategy, and Content to craft culture-relevant work.
- Elevate visual standards across all moving formats.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- 25 years in agency or production environments.
- Strong portfolio in motion graphics (2D).
- Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere, and relevant tools.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools in ideation, visual development, and production pipelines.
- Sharp taste. Strong typography. Confident storytelling.
