Monitoring EDC

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring EDC Specialist located in Tanah Abang. The role involves close monitoring of electronic data capture (EDC) systems to ensure that they operate efficiently and effectively. The Monitoring EDC Specialist will communicate with team members, analyze system performance, identify and resolve errors, provide customer service support, and perform research to improve system processes.

Qualifications

• Male (Max 28 Years Old)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in System Monitoring to ensure the smooth functioning of EDC systems
• Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and problem-solving
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under pressure
• Highly organized and proficient in using monitoring tools and software
• Ability to read and interpret transaction logs is a plus
• Experience in EDC system environments or related fields will be an advantage
