Molding Maintenance Staff

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Molding Maintenance Staff to support the repair and preventive maintenance of production machines and supporting facilities in our molding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB
• Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists
• Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Computer literate
• Technical repair and maintenance knowledge
• Leadership ability is a plus
