We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Molding Maintenance Staff to support the repair and preventive maintenance of production machines and supporting facilities in our molding area.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment
Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area
Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB
Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists
Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety

Qualifications

Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Computer literate
Technical repair and maintenance knowledge
Leadership ability is a plus
