Mobile Developer Team Lead

Job Description:

Lead development of HIS mobile applications

Develop and maintain apps using Flutter and Java (Android)

Define mobile architecture and ensure performance, security, and scalability

Collaborate with Backend, Product, and UI/UX teams (PostgreSQL & REST API)

Review code, manage tasks, and mentor mobile developers

Requirements :

5+ years experience in mobile development

Strong in Flutter and Java (Android)

Experience with enterprise apps (HRIS/ERP is a plus)

Familiar with PostgreSQL, REST API, and Git

Experience leading a team or acting as a tech lead

Good leadership and problem-solving skills
