Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist at The Meru Sanur, located in Sanur. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages, including designing creative cocktails. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing drink ingredients, maintaining the bar area, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to food and beverage safety standards. You will also collaborate with other team members to deliver a high-quality dining experience and may assist in training team members on cocktail preparation and bar operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and provide an exceptional experience
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge and practices, with a focus on preparing high-quality cocktails
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall service quality
• Culinary Skills for understanding flavor profiles and pairing drinks with menu items
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a collaborative team
• Prior experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
