AIA Indonesia currently looking for MIS Data Analytics Manager with summary job to Support, Collect Data and Provide both Regular and Ad-Hoc Report for New Business and Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce Ad-Hoc report for New Business and Underwriter with customize template.
2. Prepare and Reconcile Monthly Reinsurance Report.
3. Provide Report of Submission and Pending.
4. Managing Business requirement and test case for IPOS System as a part of User Acceptance Testing.
5. Support and reconcile Audit Finding.
6. Provide Monthly sample Audit and Documentation.
7. Provide STP and RPA Monthly Report.
8. Support for Screening Medical Partner Client.
9. Develop and Maintain data Quality dashboard to facilitate Data Quality tracking and monitoring.

Job Requirements:

1. At Least 5 years relevant experiences in Data Analytics or Reporting area.
2. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or any related field.
3. Having Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking.
4. Proficient in Ms Office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Data Modelling, Data Analytic and Data Cleansing.
5. Having experience to support User test Case/UAT test Case.
6. Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages to be used for data set analyzing.
7. Good Knowledge and experiences of Data Visualization software like PowerBI.
