Main Responsibilities
As a Mine Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operational management of mining activities at the site. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Supervision: Leading, guiding, and motivating a team of operators and technicians to ensure smooth extraction operations ;
- Operations Monitoring: Ensuring the proper execution of mining activities (drilling, extraction, blasting, loading, transport) in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards ;
- Performance Management: Monitoring production indicators (quantity, quality) and implementing corrective or preventive actions in case of deviations ;
- Quality and Safety Assurance: Ensuring compliance with safety standards, internal procedures, and best mining practices ;
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize equipment availability and ensure the proper functioning of mining installations ;
- Communication and Reporting: Ensuring smooth communication with operational managers, writing activity reports, and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mining equipment and extraction techniques.

Academic Profile & Experience
- A BTS or Bachelor's degree in Mining, Geology, Mining Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the mining sector, with significant team management experience on operational sites. Experience in a gold mine is a plus.
