Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic documentation.
• Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Java, Python, PHP, Golang).
• Understanding of REST API, JSON, XML, and API testing tools (Postman).
• Plus Point: Knowledge of SNAP API or previous experience with API integration.

Job Description

• Handle and coordinate the end-to-end merchant onboarding process.
• Support merchants during API integration, including testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform accurate merchant setup and ensure all configurations are correct.
• Work closely with Sales to collect the required technical documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure merchants go live smoothly.
