Merchant Analyst Intern (6 month)
Job Description
- Collect, clean, and organize sales and customer data (Leads, etc) from internal systems
- Support superior in analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends using spreadsheets and basic analytical tools
- Prepare simple analysis reports and visual summaries (tables/charts)
- Support the team by providing data-backed insights for business decisions
- Assist in developing recommendations related to pricing, promotions, or product performance based on analysis
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to the internal team
Requirements
Qualification
- Candidate must currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data, Communication or related fields. Candidate with previous related internship experience is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Comfortable working with numbers/datasets and able to think logically and draw conclusions from data
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, accurate in detail, able to work under-pressure.
- Able to join ASAP | willing to do minimum 6 months internship period
- Willing to work WFO (Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan), with occasional WFH
