Job Description

1. Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Identifying potential merchants (restaurants, retail shops, service providers) that fit the platform's target criteria.

2. Field Sales & Pitching: Visiting merchants in person to present the value propositionexplaining how joining the platform will increase their revenue or simplify their operations.

3. Negotiation: Discussing commission rates, transaction fees, and contract terms to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

4. Onboarding & Documentation: Collecting legal documents (ID, Tax ID, Business Permits) and ensuring the merchant's profile is correctly set up on the system.
