In Commercial , you'll help connect customers with the products and partners they love. Your work supports category growth, strengthens seller relationships, and creates shopping experiences that are seamless, memorable, and keep customers coming back to Blibli.
As a Merchandising Officer for the Bandung Region , you'll drive category growth through market analysis, data-driven planning, and seller collaboration. You'll identify emerging trends, optimize assortments and pricing strategies, and work cross-functionally to boost seller performance, improve the customer experience, and achieve sustainable sales and margin growth.
What You'll Be Working On
- Drive category performance through data-driven planning, market analysis, and strong seller collaboration .
- Identify market trends, develop competitive pricing strategies , and recommend customer-relevant product assortments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard, engage, and grow sellers through incentive programs and performance initiatives.
- Analyze seller performance and competitor data to uncover growth opportunities and inform category strategies .
- Develop and implement promotional strategies that maximize sales, margins, and marketplace competitiveness.
- Recommend merchandising and assortment strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience and improve marketplace conversion .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Business Marketing, Business Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative and analytical tasks efficiently .
- Understanding of retail or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Prior experience in the electronics category is a strong advantage.
