PT. Prospecta Garmindo is an export-oriented garment manufacturer based in Solo, Indonesia, with operations located in Sukoharjo, Central Java. Specializing in casual wear production, we produce a range of products including pants, board shorts, men's shirts, ladies wear, kids wear, T-shirts, polo shirts, and jackets. Our facility spans 6,000 square meters, is equipped with 600 machines, and has a production capacity of up to 85,000 pieces per month. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Kingkang, Klaten. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery, and working closely with the production team to maintain quality standards. Additionally, you will oversee communication with suppliers and manage inventory to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Retail to understand customer needs and ensure alignment with market trends
• Organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and resources efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address production or inventory challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in garment merchandising or a related industry is a plus
