Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.
Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales for each brand, including pricing promotions and other tactics (vouchers, gift-with-purchase).
- Manage and preserve net revenue percentage from remaining margins.
- Create Purchase Orders and perform regular demand-forecast calculations for each brand.
- Oversee brand inventory for both online and offline stores to achieve healthy DOI (Days of Inventory) and OOS (Out-of-Stock) rates.
- Validate monthly sales and stock reports (including quantities & values sold, pricing, margins, brand promotion contribution %, and ending inventory).
- Provide guidance to Customer Service on consumer complaints and resolution strategies.
- Act as liaison between external partners and internal teams on sales, promotions, payments, customer complaints, and marketing activations.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising/relationship management
- Excellent business development, client development, and relationship building with a service mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong in strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation and collaboration
