Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own sales, margin, stock turn, and inventory investment, driving sell-through while minimizing OOS and overstock
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, setting clear roles, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Manage end-to-end assortment planning, buying, allocation, replenishment, and stock balancing
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance, taking fast, data-driven action on pricing, promotions, and markdowns
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, VM, and Operations to ensure aligned execution across stores and online
  • Strengthen merchandising processes, data accuracy, and scalable ways of working
  • Operate with a hands-on, accountable leadership style, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

Requisition:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or distribution roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and distribution logistics.
  • Preferable experience in merchandising fashion retailing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
