Merchandise Coordinator (OBSIDIAN GYM)

OBSIDIAN Gym Bali is hiring Merchandise Coordinator (Full-time WFO)

*Responsibility:*

Assist designer to plan & prepare collection

Handle product sampling, revisions, and approvals

Monitor production timeline & follow up with vendors

Coordinate product delivery and store display preparation

Ensure product quality matches brand standards before launch

*Requirements:*

Able to create simple drawing using any tools (such as: illustrator, procreate, adobe, or any tool)

Experience in product sample, development, and basic merchandising

Well-organized, strong timeline management

Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-up

Able to work with multiple teams (production, ops, retail)

Willing to work from the office in Pererenan, Canggu, Bali.
