Role Description

The Membership Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karawaci, Tangerang, responsible for leading membership sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships with potential members, managing the sales pipeline, and providing personalized customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Membership Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and leading sales projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments effectively
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and using CRM tools is advantageous
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
