Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Oakwood Mega Kuningan Jakarta, Indonesia. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining member satisfaction. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential and existing members, giving club tours, handling membership inquiries, and assisting with membership renewals and promotions. The Membership Consultant will work closely with the sales team to achieve membership targets and contribute to the club&aposs overall success.

Qualifications

• Skills in Membership Sales and Membership Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, energetic environment
• Passion for fitness and a desire to inspire and support others in their fitness journey
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
