Coordinate daily medical service activities across hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between medical staff, nursing teams, other professional care providers and management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Support the implementation of hospital policies, clinical protocols, and service excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (KARS/JCI) and assist in internal audits or quality improvement projects.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support performance monitoring and management decisions.
Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction, safety, and service quality.
Qualifications:
Medical doctor graduated from a reputable university.
Holding a master's degree in Hospital Management (MARS) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical service or management
Familiar with healthcare quality and accreditation standards (KARS and/or JCI).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong service orientation with attention to detail and patient experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
