Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets
- Presenting of products and services
- Planning and overseeing new market expansion initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for business development.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Supporting distributors for sales presentations and training.
- Negotiate deals and design proposals and quotes for clients.
- Following up customer accounts and payments
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years sales experience in orthopedics, or pharmaceutical sales
- Experience in introducing new products to market
- Proven sales track record and experience in customer support is a plus
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to perform with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
