Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
Business Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local physicians and medical facilities to promote laboratory services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase laboratory referrals and client base.
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals to inform them about laboratory services and innovations.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare reports on laboratory performance and sales activities for senior management.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the laboratory adheres to all health and safety regulations and maintains high-quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
