Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Medical Hotline (Contact Center) position. The Medical Hotline Agent will handle incoming calls, providing expert assistance and information regarding medical concerns. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, offering medical guidance, ensuring accurate documentation, and escalating issues to specialists as necessary. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nurse, midwife, and any relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 year experience in medical or insurance contact center is adventageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
