We&aposre now building out our Workflow Accountability Group and we&aposre looking for detail-oriented, proactive team members who thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.

The Role:

The Workflow Accountability Group is the operational heartbeat of our clinical flow. Your responsibility would involve:

Ensure radiologist and prereaders workloads are optimized, balanced, and moving efficiently.

Identify bottlenecks before they cause delays.

Monitor and escalate workflow deviations in real-time.

Track turnaround times, breaks, handoffs, and coverage gaps.

Coordinate with our Radiology Support Liaisons as the first line of communication for tech issues, order routing, and schedule adherence.

What Youll Do:

Monitor real-time worklists across PACS and communication platform.

Proactively follow up on aging studies and reassign when needed.

Coordinate with radiologists, prereaders and Radiology Support Liaisons to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Escalate any cases stuck in limbo or approaching TAT thresholds.

Log workflow issues and participate in quality huddles to improve processes.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with internal Workflow Accountability Group and Operations teams.

Ideal Candidates:

Have experience in healthcare, teleradiology, or medical operations (strongly preferred).

Are eagle-eyed when it comes to detail and timing.

Work well independently, but love being part of a team.

Can stay calm under pressure and know how to prioritize fast.

Are comfortable with real-time monitoring tools and multi-app workflows.

Have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked in a teleradiology setting before.

Understand radiology workflows and PACS tools.
