Job Description:
Medical Assessment Analyst aims to analyze Quantitative data on Health Operation Division:
- Act as the User Representative in system development alongside the IT team to identify, design, and communicate requirements related to Medical Check-Up processes (Pre-MCU, MCU, Post MCU) including Wellness features, ensuring operational and functional needs are optimally accommodated within the system.
- Analyze prospective client needs to determine suitable Medical Check-Up (MCU) packages.
- Analyze client Medical Check-Up (MCU) result data by performing cross-analysis against participant claim history and preparing the presentation of findings.
- Prepare Wellness Program requirements based on the analysis of Medical Check-Up (MCU) results and participant health records.
- Analyze client Wellness Program results to evaluate program effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1): Statistics/Biomedical Engineering/Medical Engineering/Mathematics (Master Degree also welcome)
- Experience in handling quantitative data
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Enthusiast and understand about Healthcare/Medical industry is preferable
