Work Location: TP Bali (On-site)

We are looking for a Medical Administrator Coordinator to support an international healthcare company. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicating in English and experienced in handling patient/ client coordination, scheduling, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, empathetic assistance to patients and healthcare professionals via inbound calls and emails

Manage appointment scheduling, general inquiries, and patient data updates

Ensure accurate, secure, and confidential handling of patient information

Address customer concerns and escalate complex cases when necessary

Stay up to date with internal policies, system updates, and healthcare protocols

Follow health and safety standards and identify potential risks when applicable

Qualifications

Proficient in English (verbal and written) in a professional setting

Minimum 12 years of experience in secretarial. personal assistant or medical support roles.

Educational background in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred

Understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality, and data protection standards

Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook (including multiple inboxes), and Remote Desktop tools

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Willing to work full-time on-site in Bali
