  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution to protect and strengthen corporate reputation.
  • Act as the key coordinator during crises, working closely with leadership, legal, HR, operations, and PR teams.
  • Prepare and manage official statements, media responses, and stakeholder communications during sensitive situations.
  • Monitor issues, public sentiment, and media coverage to identify potential risks and recommend proactive actions.
  • Develop and maintain crisis management protocols, playbooks, and simulation exercises.
  • Support government relations and regulatory communications related to crisis or reputational risk matters.
  • Conduct post-crisis evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in corporate affairs, public relations, crisis communications, or related roles.
  • Strong experience handling high-risk, sensitive, or reputational issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, judgment, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or large organizations is an advantage.
  • Full WFO in Tangerang
