Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, KOLs, and healthcare influencers.
Develop & execute media strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels.
Conduct market & competitor analysis to refine brand differentiation.
Plan, negotiate, and manage paid media campaigns (print, digital, OOH, programmatic, native advertising).
Oversee press releases, media briefings, press kits, and spokesperson preparation for marketing.
Monitor media coverage, evaluate ROI of campaigns, and recommend optimizations.
Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, preference, TOM) and ensure consistent messaging
Develop integrated brand campaigns to support premium services
Ensure compliance with healthcare communication regulations in all media placements.
Working together with vendor to develop internal magazine.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relation, or related field with 3-5 years experience in marketing communication, marketing strategy, and branding or similar role.
Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable results.
Strong understanding of media buying & planning (print, digital, social, OOH).
Familiar with media monitoring & analytics tools
Time and management skills, ability to work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
A strategic thinker with strong research skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare/diagnostics communication compliance is a plus.
