Engage in a wide range of Public Relations activities, including researching, drafting, proofreading, and editing communication materials targeted to various stakeholders in alignment with the company's goals.
Support the organization of SIRCLO's media gathering events in line with the company's objectives and overall strategy.
Assist in maintaining SIRCLO's corporate and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all Corporate Communications editorial content.
Document and summarize official corporate announcements and events to support Public Relations and internal activities.
Track media coverage and systematically archive all publications to provide insights into the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team and cross-functional departments to maintain and regularly update the company's media assets, including but not limited to the official website, company profile, and pitch decks.
Perform additional responsibilities within the Communications team as assigned.
Requirements
Undergraduate student or Bachelor's degree holder, preferably with a specialization in Journalism, Public Relations, or Mass Communications.
Proficiency in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR content in both Indonesian and English. Strong grammar and language skills in both languages are essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with journalists and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate various PR activities.
Ability to conduct strategic research, analyze trends, and contribute to the development of PR strategies.
Strong organizational and event management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and detailed projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site at Green Office Park 1, BSD, as assigned.
