What you'll be doing day to day:
- Act as a member of marketing communication team and proactively contribute to team's plan and output in order to deliver objectives and goals. Participate integrated and multi-channel media strategy formulation and media mix optimization proposal to maximize commercial impact, driving business result, improving ROI and marketing efficiency
- Implement media strategy and execute media plans for IKEA - for all the paid media not limited to such digital media as display ad, social, paid search but also offline media and new channels; and provide sufficient content needs to media agencies to ensure locally adapted marketing
- Responsible for budget management and performance monitoring for media mix optimization and ROI maximization
- Manage IKEA media agency relationships to meet IKEA marketing needs and elevate commercial performance
- Secure good media governance and accountability by leading media agencies, key media and platform vendors. Support the initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan
- Ensure the metrics to understand media performance, identify the needs and the gaps (in cooperation with the other marketing functions) to meet business and marketing's objectives
- Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
- Actively collaborate with all key stakeholders within and beyond commercial to secure marketing's integration in communication, align common commercial focus and maximize business impact
We want you to be a person who:
- Experience in a media and digital agency, retail, preferably the home furnishing sector
- Ability to independently lead multiple projects at the same time and ensure desired actions delivered with simplicity and efficiency
- Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, create data-driven and business decisions. Planning, driving output and measuring performance. Strong understanding of e-commerce business models (owned channels and 3PP)
- Data visualization, able to find designed reports and targeted analyses. Interpret data, know your audience and matchmedia strategy
- Proven experience in developing and implementing product bundling / product set strategies to drive AOV and conversion
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, GA4 and performance marketing metrics. Strong understanding of analytics implementation throughout digitals and applications, quality checks on tracking and reporting
- Strong communication in both technical and non-technical within internal stakeholders and external vendors
