MEDIA BUY MANAGER
We're excited to announce that we're looking for a talented Social Media Operation Manager to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across multiple channels, including digital, TV, OOH and social media.
- Working closely with stakeholders on defining audience target, budgeting, and goal setting, in order to deliver expected metrics.
- Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok, agency and other vendor partners to improve the performances.
- Execute, monitor, analyze, and do reporting of each campaign, in order to do improvement of the upcoming campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Media Buy in the telecommunications, FMCG, consumer electronics, automotive, or agency industries.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic buying, etc.) and traditional media channels(TV, OOH, cinema, etc.).
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with experience using analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Language skills: Working proficiency in English, Chinese is a Plus.
