Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Bali, Indonesia. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's vehicles and equipment. Key tasks include preventive maintenance, cost control, staff training, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead mechanics, implement maintenance programs, manage budgets, and balance vehicle uptime with expenses.

• Supervise and coordinate vehicle/unit maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure units are ready for operation through routine inspections
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Monitor mechanic performance and maintenance processes
• Manage spare parts availability and usage
• Prepare maintenance, unit readiness, and cost reports
