Manage and monitor cooling systems such as chillers, FWUs (Fan Wall Units), CRACs (Computer Room Air Conditioners), cooling towers, and Precision Air Conditioning.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and other mechanical utilities.
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Analyze system performance (energy efficiency, load balancing, airflow management).
Coordinate with the electrical team, BMS, Fire Protection, and vendors to maintain operational continuity.
Create technical reports (Incident Reports and Maintenance Reports), SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and operational documentation (Incident Reports and Maintenance Reports).
Manage risks and ensure machinery is in good condition.
