The Management Development Program (MDP) Support is an accelerated career program designed to develop high-potential fresh graduates within the bank's supporting functions for Head Office.

The program provides structured learning, mentorship from experienced leaders, and real project involvementpreparing participants to take on key strategic roles and drive organizational growth.

Program Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (bachelor's degree) from major: Accounting, Math, Statistic, Law, IT, Islamic Economy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Agile, innovative, and initiative person
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Has a proven organizational experience
