Manage end-to-end operational support for TikTok Content Creator programs & campaigns, including TikTok GO Tour, challenge, and activations.
Handle data management & reporting activities: update, collect, listing, dan monitoring creator reports across multiple cities menggunakan dashboard, sheets, dan form tracking.
Coordinate communication & community management via blast announcements, reminders, follow-ups, serta answering daily operational chats dengan creator communities.
Data (Budget, etc) coordination with internal ops & finance team
Requirements
Final year student with no classes / Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, and any relevant field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, algorithms, and high-performing content formats.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
