Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Math/Science Secondary Tutor at our Kelapa Gading center. Responsibilities include designing and executing effective lesson plans, providing support in Mathematics and Science to students following international curriculums, and developing curriculum-aligned resources. The tutor will also actively engage with students to ensure comprehension, encourage critical thinking, and foster a positive learning environment to boost academic performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and/or Science, with expertise in the respective education field
- Proficiency in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development
- Skilled in effective Lesson Planning and delivery
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with students and provide clear explanations
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with international curriculums such as IB or Cambridge is an advantage
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to student learning and development
- Ability to manage a classroom setting and create an inclusive learning environment
