Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Teacher based in Depok. The teacher will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans
- Facilitating early childhood-appropriate activities
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Managing the classroom effectively
- Maintaining open communication with families about student progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (PG PAUD/ PG TK/ Psychology)
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Able to read Al-Qur'an well
- Proficiency in Early Childhood Education and a strong understanding of Child Development principles
- Experience in teaching and working with Children in a classroom or similar setting
- Skills in Curriculum Development and the ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Understanding of or willingness to incorporate Islamic Values into teaching
- Previous experience in a similar role or institution is preferred
