Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project needs and provide technical insights, proposals, and recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables, documentation, and timelines meet agreed scope, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver professional reports, shortlists, and project updates with accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and propose actionable solutions to ensure successful completion.
  • Support process improvement, operational standardization, and team performance through guidance, mentoring, and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree, preferably in Psychology (with active SIPP).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in mass hiring.
  • Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to process and interpret large datasets.
  • Knowledge and experience in competency mapping.
  • High initiative, accuracy, and consistency in managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, client and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); tech-savvy.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
