Role Description

The Marketplace Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sayung, responsible for managing and optimizing AINI's presence on online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Be the key driver of our e-commerce operations, managing marketplace platforms, live commerce, and sales performance to grow our online presence and conversion.workflows.

Skills & Expertise We're Looking For

Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, preferably with Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Blibli, or Lazada.
Strong understanding of marketplace management, including product listings, pricing, keywords, promotions, and catalog optimization.
Proven ability to manage product availability, inventory coordination, orders, shipping, returns, and customer reviews.
Experienced in planning and executing live commerce activities, including live schedules, scripts, product presentation, and audience engagement.
Confident in public speaking and product presentation, with experience as a live streaming host or talent preferred.
Strong ability to interact with audiences, respond to customer inquiries, promote products, and drive conversions during live sessions.
Proficient in monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, marketplace traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools to prepare reports and develop data-driven recommendations.
Proven ability to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Strong coordination and communication skills when working with warehouse, CS, finance, marketing, design teams, and marketplace Account Managers.
Able to develop effective promotional and cross-platform strategies while managing multiple marketplace activities in a fast-paced environment.
