What You'll Do:
1. Monitor and ensure smooth execution of online promos and campaigns on marketplaces.
2. Work closely with content, IT, supply chain, and ops teams to keep listings, stock, and promo info accurate.
3. Analyze sales and campaign results to find ways to boost conversion and customer satisfaction.
4. Track marketing spend (vouchers, ads, incentives) to stay aligned with sales goals.
5. Spot growth opportunities through system updates, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Must have internship or working experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online operations.
3. Strong understanding of marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Blibli.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, especially in handling and analyzing large datasets.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
