Job Description
We are looking for a Marketplace Performance Executive to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving visibility, and ensuring smooth day to day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across marketplaces (cataloging, pricing, content, images).
- Monitor and improve marketplace performance (sales, conversions, rankings).
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and pricing alignment.
- Handle marketplace issues related to orders, returns, claims, and penalties.
- Analyze competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Optimize ads and sponsored campaigns (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good understanding of marketplace dashboards and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
