Minimum Diploma Degree in any Major
Experience in Logistic Industry
Experience in controlling and analyzing actual sales and forecast
Experience in negotiating price and follow up on customer claim
Experience in create sales and purchase agreements in the results of negotiations with customers
Good communication in Mandarin and English both oral or written
Placement: Semarang
Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 4 or above)

Job Activity

Conduct market analysis and create long-term and short-term work plans.
Provide reports to top management such as sales reports, lead generation 3. reports, customer complaint reports.
Develop and maintain accurate records of leads, pricing, sales activities, and active customers.
Evaluate & monitor sales team performance and look for ways to improve team performance.
Negotiate to get an appropriate price.
Collaborate with the legal department to create sales contract agreement
