Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Min. 4+ years B2C/B2B marketing experience in manufacturing, home appliances, or consumer goods.
- Deep comfort with 5W1H, SWOT, push/pull frameworks, and translating them into executable plans.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools
- Exceptional communicatoradept at simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Skilled at extracting insights from Google Analytics and CRM data.
- KPI-driven: you set targets and obsess over the numbers.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, ERP, and MS/Google Office Suite.

Job Description:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Lead with 5W1H and SWOT: define Who we target, What our value props are, When/Where to engage, Why clients choose us, How we execute.
- Develop and implement a 12-month marketing roadmap aligned with company growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to pinpoint new opportunities.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Design multi-channel campaigns (digital, trade shows, industry journals, LinkedIn) that drive qualified leads.
- Work with Sales to define MQL criteria, streamline nurturing workflows, and optimize/track conversion metrics.
Content & Brand:
- Oversee website updates, ensuring product/service pages are optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Produce technical yet accessible content: case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and video walkthroughs.
Communications & PR:
- Oversee Marketing messages towards both internally and externally.
- Secure trade-press coverage, draft press releases, and manage speaking slots.
- Cultivate media relationshipspitch stories to industrial publications and speak at webinars/conferences.
Budget & Vendor Management:
- Own the marketing budget: plan spend, negotiate with agencies, and demand ROI for every rupiah spent.
- Evaluate and manage vendors (designers, copywriters, digital agencies) to ensure quality, timeliness, and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Set up dashboards to monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead flow.
- Present weekly/monthly/annual reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage marketing team, fostering their growth and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Set clear goals, mentor on best practices, and conduct regular performance reviews.
