Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote vehicles, aftersales services, and promotional offers.
Support the coordination of showroom events, car launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer appreciation activities.
Manage and update social media platforms, including content scheduling, basic copywriting, and monitoring engagement.
Assist in digital marketing activities such as e-flyers, email marketing, and online advertisements.
Support CRM activities, including maintaining customer databases, updating records, and assisting in follow-up campaigns.
Prepare and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, price lists, banners, and promotional merchandise.
Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, campaign follow-ups, and promotional activities.
Track campaign performance and assist in preparing monthly marketing reports.
Liaise with vendors, printers, event organizers, and advertising agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and principal requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, or related field.
12 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in the automotive industry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) are an advantage.
Able to work on weekends during events when required.
Willing to be mobile and assigned to our branches in West Jakarta Kb Jeruk and North Jakarta PIK 2.
